PROGRAM DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Last Updated: April 2026
Educational Purposes Only: The Protected Time System is an educational and professional development program. All materials, templates, and strategies are provided for informational and “pilot” purposes only. As a Pilot Participant, you acknowledge that materials are in a pre-release state and your participation includes providing feedback to help refine the final system.
No Guarantee of Results: Results (including but not limited to financial savings, time savings, payroll margin increases, and staff retention) are not guaranteed. Success in this program depends on individual center implementation, management consistency, and local labor market variables. Any estimates of “recovered time,” “efficiency gains,” or “turnover tax” used in marketing materials are illustrative of potential outcomes and do not represent a guarantee of your specific organization’s performance.
Not Legal or Regulatory Advice: This program does not provide legal, HR, or regulatory licensing advice. Mark C. Titi LLC is not a licensing or governing body. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their facility remains in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. This includes—but is not limited to—maintaining staff-to-child ratios and safety protocols as mandated by your applicable state licensing agency (e.g., PA DHS, NY OCFS, Ohio JFS, etc.) and other regulatory bodies.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Pilot Group, you agree that Mark C. Titi LLC is not responsible for the personal or business decisions made by the Participant, nor for the actions, resignations, or performance of the Participant’s employees. Consultant’s total liability for any claim arising from this program is limited to the actual fees paid by the Participant.
