An Invitation to Co-Create

I am looking for 12 independent childcare center leaders ready to move beyond firefighting and into the deliberate work of architecture.

I have spent years building a library of systems and blueprints, but I have learned that a blueprint is only as effective as the hands that build it. I am not looking for students to consume a course; I am looking for 12 Architects to join me in this co-creation intensive. Together, we will stress-test, refine, and adapt these systems to the unique realities of your center.

Our goal is simple: To dismantle the martyr culture and build an organization that thrives when you are not in the room.

Designed for Team Success: The Alpha Group Advantage

You are the Architect, but your team provides the structural integrity. Your Pilot investment includes full access for you and up to five Alpha Participants from your staff. This isn’t a passive program for you to take alone—it is a collaborative intensive where we empower your team to build the system with you. You bring the vision; we bring the blueprint; your Alpha Group helps us pour the foundation.

The 4 Agreements of Our Collaboration

This Pilot is a focused, co-creation project. By participating, you are agreeing to partner with me on the following:

1. Prioritize Subtraction: We will treat invisible work as a design flaw. We aren’t just adding new tasks; we are ruthlessly stripping away what causes the chaos. We will build systems that remain stable regardless of the external weather.

2. Embrace Leadership Friction: You will empower your team to execute these builds. This will inevitably create friction. Rather than avoiding it, we will use that friction as data to identify where your leadership habits are either supporting or stifling your growth.

3. Feedback as Currency: I am opening my entire personal vault of systems and templates to you. In exchange, I ask for your radical honesty. You will question the status quo, test the limits of these tools in your center, and contribute your findings to our group of 12. We succeed only if we are willing to learn from one another’s challenges.

4. Architect-Only Communication Channels: To maintain executive clarity and protect the integrity of the build, all direct communication, strategy syncs, and feedback loops occur strictly between Mark C. Titi and the primary Center Architect. Your Alpha Participants execute internally within your organization using the provided systems, but direct access to Mark is reserved exclusively for the 12 primary Architects.

The Investment: Buying Back Your Calendar

Project Investment

$1,200 Total Includes:

♦ January 2027 Phase Zero preparation

♦ February 2027 Phase One Architectural Build (co-creation access with Mark C. Titi runs through February 28, 2027)

♦ March-April 2027 Phase Two Independent Execution Roadmap (featuring the 30-to-90-day continuation roadmap)

♦ 1 Architect + up to 5 Alpha Participants

♦ Access to Master Systems Vault materials as they are released.

Structured Investment: Two equal payments of $600.

• Initial Payment: Due January 25, 2027.

• Final Payment: Automatically processed 30 days later.

All 12 Architects will begin this build together in January 2027.
